Please include your order number if your message is about an existing order. This helps us respond faster.

For sizing questions, please check the product size chart before ordering. Since many items are made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Most items are made after your order is placed. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $75.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and help make it right.

Custom Orders & Engraving

For custom engraving or personalized items, please include the name, wording, or design details you would like. We’ll review your request and let you know what is possible.
